Clash of Time

This is the sounds and music I did for the Troll installation/build by Kid Kuhn (aka Åsa Rosenberg in RL http://www.cyberkid.se ). The installation was made for the Burning Life events in Second Life and was open during late september to beginning of october. The sound is made up from processed piano melodies that are repeated randomly from 10 different sound spheres in the palm of the gigantic troll. The recording is made on 30th september some days before it is taken down. Also see Dizzy Banjo's blogpost and video from hit blog at:

This is a piece I wrote for Juria Yoshikawas exhibition called 4. I am making the first piece. This might be a bit altered, but this is basically what i came up for thinking on the number "one". It is lots of thoughts about "first" things as in 1st thought, 1st mix, 1st idea but also thinkings on unity and being one - - and not being in unity - kinda binary - - one or zero. - - - so a pretty digital synthetical piece this came to be - with the number one kinda waveform - the sinus waveform - in different shapings, transposings, tweakings and more.

Rue Blanche - premier at virtual Haidplatz 12th may

On the 12th may 2007, did AOM perform a second life happening. Included in this was the playing of found sounds, reading about it, playing with it, the premier of two pieces Rue Blanche and WNK, streaming/podasting it all.
Ok, still very much behind the scheme of uploading things for the blogs. Hopefully enough material will be online very soon.
This is the recording of the premier play of Rue Blanche. There were nine AOM players, Paco Mariani, Maximillian Nakamura, Loop Luo, Wirxli Flamflim, DeThomas Dibou, BlaiseDeLaFrance Voom, Maxxo Klaar, Miuelw Takahe and Bingo Onomatopoeia who also made this recording.
This performance was also made in collaboration with Ljudrum in Eskilstuna/Sweden where there a 4-channel stereo setup (=8 speakers) at one of the computer halls at the university building. The performance at virtual Haidplatz was also interconnected to the RL happenings in Eskilstuna/Sweden (Mälardalens Högskola / University) called Ljudrum, or Soundrooms in english. Rinus van Alebeek was invited to make this Soundroom and as a virtual extension on this the performance of AOM with the found sounds where included. The sounds in the RL setup were really amazin' as they travelled along all directions in the big computer hall.

ratisbona float

This was the second contribution to the Helsinki Placard X / Pixelache, the first made on night between 31st march and 1st april and was not being recorded called "peripheral - oh yes it is - gold dust" featured both me and my daughter on flutes. i played the piano. the second one made was made with audiomulch streaming live to another stream as i could not get the max patch to open up for me correctly - i call this "ratisbona float". the off-placard piece is 27:11 minutes long and uses both audiomulch patch and sounds used before in different projects, but now tweaked in new ways. all thing was very impromptu and i didn't even get the the streamed patched out to the audience - - hey! i don't even know how many of audience still there on the third day very, very late of the placard x. but very cool it is that it is now the 10th time the placard season is opening up. a great year to come i can imagine.

Come on do the Paco Bop. Yeah, let's do it! Meant to be a bit more danceable, but this is how it came out into existance. This is a mixing of different things happening in different rooms at different times. What nonsense! ;) But truelly, it is!

... also this track is a tribute to one of the artist of PB Space called Paco Mariani.

... also this track is a tribute to one of the artist of PB Space called Paco Mariani.</itunes:summary>
